Non-Guardian Pick-Up Form

If you are not going to be able to pick up your Cadet for P-RAP Pass and you need to authorize another person to pick them up, please fill out this form.

Gate Access Needed

In order to attend this event and pick up your Cadet you will need visiting access for Fort McCoy. Please provide the following information for the Guardian attending the event or person picking up the Cadet so access can be requested on your behalf.
